What type of payments are accepted?                               

We accept Cash or a Good Check with proper identification only.

When is payment due for my auction purchase? 

All items must be paid for immediately after auction close, before loading.  No items will be permitted to leave the auction site without a paid receipt.  Paid Receipt is needed for loading.

Is financing available?

Financing is available with prior approval through Leasing Resources Inc.  Click here for the credit application and contact JCA Farms for further information.

Are there any Auction Guarantees?

Any item with a sale price of $3,000 or less is "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" meaning NO refunds or guarantee of any kind.

Any item with a sale price of $3,001 or more is sold with the following guarantee unless otherwise stated at time of sale.

What type of items are sold at JCA Farms auction?

We sell farm equipment, industrial equipment, lawn and garden, ATVs, boats, autos, trucks, trailers, tools, shop equipment as well as salvage.

How do I get my item(s) advertised?

We advertise in publications that reach over 5 states, mail out over 700 sale bills, advertise our auction on various auction websites, and list consignment pictures via this website. We reach thousands of interested buyers at NO extra cost to you!

What are the commission rates?

$100 and under                            20% *

$100.01 to $7,000                        8%

$7,000.01 to $15,000                    $600.00

$15,000.01 to $25,000                   $750.00

$25,000.01 and up                        $900.00

*  Minimum $2.00 commission charge per item

What is your procedure for handling items with titles?

Titles MUST be checked into office BEFORE the start of the auction! Missouri titled items must have a Notice of Sale filed with Missouri.  This form is available at the JCA Farms office.  For your convenience, you can download the Notice of Sale form now by clicking hereThere is a $10.00 charge for consignor and buyer on all titled items. 

If an item is purchased by check, the buyer will not receive the title until the check clears the bank (7-10 business days).  If an item is purchased by cash, the title will be released at time of payment.

What is "Price Protection" and how does it work?

Price Protection is the dollar amount that your item must bring.  It is the seller’s responsibility to price protect their own item(s).  JCA Farms will not be held liable for any item that sells for less than consigner wants item to sell.  If you are going to Price Protect your item(s), please register as a Bidder when you consign your item(s).

What if my consignment doesn't sell?

We NEVER charge a No-Sale fee!  If your item doesn't sell then you simply take it back home with you after the auction.

How and when do I get paid for my consignments?

Checks are mailed the Friday following the auction.  Absolutely NO checks will be dispersed before that day.  It is your responsibility to make sure JCA Farms has an accurate address for mailing your consignment check.
